Headteacher of St. Joseph’s Specialist Trust an outstanding (2017,2023) specialist provision for autism and children’s home in Surrey (76 pupils aged 5-19 and approx. 270 staff) which has been held since 2016. The provision offers an embedded therapy model supported by in-house CAMHS for which they hold a Centre of Excellence Award from Challenge Partners. He has also previously been a Trustee for six and a half years of an SEMH Independent Special School with residential provision. He previously headed the International School of Cologne (850 pupils aged 2-18) leading as School Director having previously Headed the Upper School (14-19) for nine years overseeing English Curriculum, GCSE, A-Level and International Baccalaureate Programme. His autistic son redirected his career into SEN.
