It gives me great pleasure to be able to provide organisations with a range of SIP services. Education is a rewarding but demanding and consuming landscape. In my previous experience as an educator and headteacher, I found external voice, support and challenge added both security and empowerment. I have occupied a variety of roles in education over two decades across a range of provisions: middle and secondary mainstream schools, independent fee paying SEMH schools, centres attached to private children’s homes, local authority pupil referral units and education and leadership consultant roles in various counties. That is what I seek to provide to others through Birch Insights – working in partnership; providing external support and validation; evaluating a clear view of quality; and providing up-to-date advice and information.
