Team Teach is a framework, used widely in children and adult settings, for working with behaviours that challenge with a focus on reducing ‘anxiety, risk and restraint’.
This 6 hour course introduces the idea of “behaviour as a communication of need” and will look at positive behaviour management strategies and basic positive handling strategies to keep people safe. This course is for professionals working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour. The course can be delivered over one day or two half-days.
