A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Tim started and developed his HR career working for companies within the food, service and engineering industries.
He went on to establish a HR consultancy which provides direction, guidance and support on all people-related matters to a broad range of small and medium-sized employers which are spread across the public, private and third sectors. In particular, there has been a focus on moulding a team-based culture and environment that encourages and obtains a commitment to the attainment of the organisations’ goals.
