I am currently the School Improvement Partner for 3 schools and my expertise lies in curricula, assessment, behaviour, personal development, and leadership in special schools for children and young people with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties as well as Autism. I am currently the Executive Headteacher of a large dual site generic special school and I have nearly 40 years’ experience in this field. As Headteacher I have secured 2 consecutive Outstanding Ofsted judgements.
I have worked extensively creating curricula and assessment frameworks for learners with learning difficulties and have a deep understanding of this cohorts’ needs. I also lead courses in leadership and coaching and have a strong track record of growing leaders.
I tailor my school improvement work to the needs of the individual school and work alongside senior and middle leaders to improve all aspects of the provision.
