I am currently an Executive Headteacher with 10 years+ of experience within the SEND sector, specifically SEMH provisions including complex needs alongside CSE/PSB. I have led a range of provisions – both small and large with very successful outcomes.
I have a proven track record of building schools from pre-opening and onwards and have particular speciality in empowering schools to adapt to change and growth as this happens.
I have successfully completed qualifications in both Headship (NPQH) and School Improvement Partner training.
The purpose of my role as your School Improvement Partner would be to support your school in developing and maintaining a high quality school provision. This can include carrying out activities like:
Coaching 1:1 with Leadership
Supervisions with staff (all levels)
Group Staff Training – themes to be discussed – including but not limited to; Resilience, Time Management, Communication and Conflict, Safeguarding
Safeguarding Review and Audit
Support with SEF and SDP
Whole School Health Check in line with the Ofsted Framework
