Thursday 28th September 2023 saw our 21st annual Women of the Year Lunch, where we come together to celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of extraordinary women. As well as raise funds to help support those who have been affected by childhood trauma.

This year the event was hosted at the beautiful and historic Somerville College in Oxford and saw 200 women come together for the event.

We were lucky to have two incredible guest speakers attend: Baroness Jan Royall and Alice Plunkett. Two very accomplished women who gave insightful and inspiring talks.

Our Women of the Year Lunch is based on the idea of lunchography – meaning ‘lunch with a difference’. Half of the guests who attend ae chosen as a mark of admiration for the way they have improved the lives of others. The other half are those who help choose attendees and would pay for both their lunch and their nominees.

The lunch has always been a great opportunity to honour an array of impressive and altruistic women from all walks of life.
