I am a School Improvement Partner and teacher panellist for the TRA teacher misconduct panel. I have worked in education for 23 years, Headteacher in three schools and SIP with a proven track record of successful leadership in diverse educational settings. I have led two special schools (SEMH) and one of the largest resourced provisions for SLCN in the country, plus an alternative provision in an area of high deprivation within Southeast London. My leadership experience extends to mainstream, special, primary, secondary, and alternative/resourced provision within the Maintained and Independent sector. I possess qualifications in psychometric and access arrangements testing, positive handling and de-escalation strategies. I also hold the National Award for SEN Coordination and a MA in Enabling Learning, specialising in ASC.
