Join us on August 25th at 7pm for an online showing of Dartmouth Films’ ‘Resilience – The Biology Of Stress & The Science Of Hope‘. The screening will be followed by a separate Zoom discussion and Q&A panel.
This film (approx 1 hr) looks at the use of the ACE questionnaire (Adverse Childhood Experiences) to inform regional Mental Health Policy in the U.S, and where it was introduced, there is evidence that it led to significant decreases in harmful behaviours in young people. Find out more and watch the trailer here.
To join us for the screening please email firstname.lastname@example.org who will arrange for a link to view the film to be sent to you on the day of the screening and a separate Zoom link to join the discussion and Q&A panel afterwards should you wish. There is no charge to join either the screening or the following session.
This screening has been organised to create awareness of a recently-formed ‘Think Tank’ as a national resource to the children and young people, schools and families sectors.
The Think Tank was instigated by The Mulberry Bush Charity and brings together leaders from all these sectors to inform the need for ‘radical system change’ in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is exploring new opportunities for partnership working in order to better meet the increasing needs of highly vulnerable children, to ease system bottlenecks and to encourage innovation and collaboration.
