The SENCO and TA Network meets six times per year to share best practice, contribute to professional development and provide reflective support to colleagues.
The Network provides a chance for SENCOs and TAs to bring individual aspects of the work to a group setting. This model supports SENCOs and TAs through the three core values of The Mulberry Bush School; understanding behaviour as communication, reflective practice approaches and developing collaborative working. The Network adds value to the SENCO and TA roles and supports schools to value the work of SENCOs and Teaching Assistants. This group also aims to contribute to SENCOs and TAs professional development.
How much does this cost?
School Membership for the year costs £150, which secures a place for both the SENCO and a TA from each school to attend the six sessions.
The first session will be on Tuesday 27th June 2023
