Content of workshops:
To develop the quality of leadership at all levels of an organisation by:
• Recognising the impact of early life trauma and attachment difficulties on later life
• Promoting staff understanding of how pupils communicate their needs through their behaviour
• Looking at ways to assess pupils’ emotional needs to support a common understanding
• Planning provision to meet identified emotional needs
• Developing behaviour management approaches that encourage pupils to develop positive self-esteem and are linked to pupils’ stage of emotional development
• Developing staff support structures that promote well-being and enable staff to learn through reflection
Senior leaders from The Mulberry Bush Outreach Team will lead the programme
The cost:
£250 per person for the full course
There will be seven, two-hour online sessions (via Teams)
