Our fundraising team are certainly no strangers to Blake’s, it’s a wonderful bakery and café, with the most fabulous range of food and drink, all in a beautiful location.
So, we were delighted when Nicola Cooper, founder of Blake’s, shared with us her recipe for Pizza Fritta. A slightly different take on pizza which is a specialty around Naples:
